What are the shipping options?
Items have individual shipping costs which are automatically added into the total. Bella Bambino ships non-furniture items via UPS Ground within the continental United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). You may request a faster UPS method; however, this may increase the shipping cost. All items with free shipping are shipped UPS Ground; if you request a faster UPS method, the shipping cost will be added to your total.
Bella Bambino ships all furniture orders via Ground Freight (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Generally, these orders can be received in 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks. Drivers will contact you to arrange delivery of your items. Ground Freight will only deliver items to a physical address. Items are not unpacked or assembled. Please call Customer Service at 1-866-407-0033 for more detailed information regarding the shipment of your furniture orders.
Some companies will drop-ship items directly to you; some companies will only ship their items directly to retailers. Generally, drop-shipping adds to the cost of the item. Items that are drop-shipped cannot be returned. Please call Customer Service at 1-866-407-0033 for more detailed information concerning drop-shipping.

Yes, Please just call us and we will be happy to give you a status on your order. Please remember that some items take up to 12 weeks for delivery.

What is your return policy?
Bella Bambino will gladly refund you if you return most unused items (exceptions are listed below) in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Once the item is returned, you will be credited the amount you paid (this excluded any promotional discounts or shipping costs).
If the item is damaged, please call Customer Service at 1-866-407-0033 for further assistance and options regarding your order. If something didn’t fit quite right, you may exchange clothing for the same item in a different size. If you received the item as a gift and would like to return it, we will issue you store credit toward your next purchase.

How do I return an item?
Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging. Include your receipt with the item and circle the item(s) being returned.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of an error. Bella Bambino cannot reimburse shipping cost without prior authorization; therefore, contact Customer Service at 1-866-407-0033 prior to returning items.
We strongly urge you to insure your package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. We can only credit you for returned items that are received in our warehouse.

Furniture Return Information
All furniture including cradles, cribs, beds, changing tables, dressers, chests, armoires, bookcases, chairs and ottomans, and custom-made products are non-returnable (unless damaged or incorrect upon receipt – see below). After ordering furniture pieces, you have 72 hours to cancel your order. After 72 hours, your order has been placed and is non-returnable.
Bella Bambino wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are a few tips to follow before making your furniture selection.

- Please call us if you have questions – we will help you make the right choice!
If the items arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, please call Customer Service at 1-866-407-0033 within 30 days to arrange for a return or replacement. All returns must be unassembled and in the original packaging. After 30 days of delivery, we cannot accept returns on furniture for any reason; we will, however, send replacement parts for manufacturer defects outside the 30-day window.

Personalized and Custom Items Return Information
Some of our items (monogrammed items, personalized plaques, stools and coat racks) are made especially for you and, therefore, cannot be cancelled or returned. In addition, because of the nature of these products, they may take a bit longer to get to you. Linen Care
Bella Bambino, Inc. bedding and moses basket item are washable and will last you a lifetime if the washing instructions are followed carefully. Please refer to the care instructions on each item however MOST of our products have the following instructions:
- Use a mild baby detergent (such as Dreft).
- Never pour detergent directly onto fabric.
- Remove the slipcovers on the bumper pads and Moses basket. The Poly inserts are not intended to be washed.
- Always use cold water and set the machine to the gentle cycle.
- Tumble dry low and remove promptly or lay flat to dry.
- If ironing is needed use the lowest setting on your iron.

SAFETY INFORMATION:
- Normal Healthy infants should ALWAYS sleep on their backs unless otherwise advised by a pediatrician.
- Remove all pillows, quilts, comforters, and sheepskins. Pillow-like stuffed toys and other pillow like products from the crib.
- Do not overdress your baby. Consider using a sleeper or other sleep clothing as an alternative to any covering.
- Infants should always sleep in a crib, which meets currents ASTM standards.
- Choose a firm mattress that fits snuggly in your crib.
- ALWAYS use a crib sheet that fits securely onto the mattress and wraps around the mattress corners.
- Select bumper pads that fit around the entire crib and tie securely into place.
- Use bumper pads only until the child can pull up to a standing position. Then remove them so baby cannot use the pads to climb out of crib.
- Mobiles should also be removed when baby can pull himself or herself up.
- Never place infants to sleep on pillow. Sofa cushions, adult bed, waterbeds, beanbags or any other surface not specifically designed for infant sleep.

MOSES BASKET SAFETY
- A moses basket is suitable for a child that cannot sit up or rollover by itself and cannot push itself up on its hands and knees. Maximum weight of a child is 15lbs.
- Never carry baby in basket by way of the handles. Always support the bottom of the basket to ensure baby's safety.
- Only place baskets on a firm, horizontal, level and dry surface.
The baskets are made of natural products and should be inspected regularly to ensure that there are no signs of damage. The basket should always be stored in a cool dry location.
